Condo alleges tenant owes nearly $9,000

GRETNA – A condo association is suing a tenant, alleging unpaid sums of nearly $9,000.

Park Place Condominium Association Inc. filed a lawsuit Jan. 12 against Sherah Lebeouf, the duly appointed administrator for the estate of Linda Lebeouf, in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging due assessments.

According to the claim, the association required that Lebeouf make payments for monthly condominium fees but the defendant has failed to pay $8,740.78.

Park Place Condominium Association seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Sean R. Dawson, Kathleen D. Lambert and Theresa C. Phillips of Stephenson, Chavarri & Lambert, LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768113.
