Bank of America alleges credit card customer owes more than $5,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is suing a credit card customer, alleging she owes more than $5,000.

Bank of America NA filed a suit Jan. 31 against Gayle M Kavanagh in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging open account.

According to the claim, Bank of America issued a credit card to Kavanaugh who has failed to pay off the balance of the card and still owes $5,625.07.

Bank of America seeks all  money due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans. 

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768685.
