Masonry product company says Crescent City Masonry owes over $30,000

NEW ORLEANS – A masonry product company is seeking more than $30,000 for unpaid goods.

Masonry Products Sales Inc. filed a lawsuit Jan. 26 against Crescent City Masonry and Concrete LLC, doing business as Aubrey Howard Masonry, Aubrey Howard and HSC Laplace LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff issued goods and materials to the defendants from June to September 2016. The suit states that the defendants failed to pay the plaintiff for the materials provided and are still indebted to the plaintiff for $31,683.74.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney James C. Rather Jr. of Sutton, Alker & Rather LLC in Mandeville.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
