Bayou Medical Management claims law firm failed to pay for medical services

NEW ORLEANS – A medical management company is seeking damages for breach of contract.

Bayou Medical Management PPO LLC filed a lawsuit Jan. 27 against Dominick M. Bianca, Attorney at Law LLC doing business as Bianca Law Firm and Dominick Bianca in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided medical services to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff for the work that had been done and still owes the plaintiff $7,313.80.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay the plaintiff and breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC of New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
