Citibank alleges customer owes more than $40,000

NEW ORLEANS – A bank is suing a customer, alleging he owes more than $40,000.

Citibank NA filed a lawsuit Feb. 6 against Bertrand Fos Jr. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, Citibank has reason to believe Fos is owed money or is employed by Frischhertz Electric Company. The plaintiff is seeking payment of $40,591.54 from the defendant.  

The plaintiff seeks all sums due, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief.0 It is represented by attorney Naomi A. Cohen Ivker of Zarxaur & Schwartz PC. of Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
