Capital One alleges credit card customer owes nearly $3,000

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a credit card customer, alleging she owes nearly $3,000.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit Feb. 16 against Callie Zaffuto in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Zaffuto that was then used to accumulate a balance of $2,845.08. The suit states she has failed to pay off the balance.

Capital One Bank seeks all sums due and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769140.
