Bank of America alleges credit customer owes nearly $17,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is suing a credit customer, alleging he owes nearly $17,000.

Bank of America filed a suit Feb. 21 against Bryce G. Murray in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the bank issued a credit account to Murray that was used to accumulate $16,853.27 in purchases. The suit states Murray has failed to pay back the plaintiff. 

Bank of America seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
