Mortgage company alleges loan customer owes nearly $150,000

GRETNA – A mortgage company is suing a loan customer, alleging she owes nearly $150,000.  

Reverse Mortgage Solutions Inc. filed a suit Feb. 27 against Gloria Cario Jefferson in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay.

According to the claim, Reverse Mortgage is the holder of a loan agreement for $246,500. The suit states Jefferson has failed to pay the plaintiff what is owed and still is indebted for the balance of $149,800.29, plus interest and fees.

Reverse Mortgage Solutions seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769492.
