GRETNA – A funding company is suing a credit card customer, alleging she owes more than $1,500.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit March 2 against Melissa Henry in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, Henry is indebted to LVNV Funding for a balance of $1,576 accumulated on a Visa card account.
LVNV Funding seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
