Bank seeks seizure of Jefferson Parish property

GRETNA – A bank is suing a promissory note customer, alleging failure to keep up with payments.

U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for the CMLTI Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AMC3, filed a suit March 3 against Denise M. Alexander, also known as Denise Alexander, in 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due in failing to keep up with payments.

According to the claim, U.S. Bank is the holder of a promissory note for the balance of $170,000. The suit states Alexander has failed to keep up with the regular payments as required and is still indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $110,772.99. The plaintiff seeks that Alexander be removed from her property in Jefferson Parish.

U.S. Bank seeks all sums due or the property, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Corey J. Giroir Jr. of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769619.
