Bank alleges Visa customer owes more than $1,500

GRETNA – A bank is suing a Visa customer, alleging he owes more than $1,500.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit March 7 against Daniel J. Savois in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due from failure to pay off a credit card account.

According to the claim, Barclays is owed funds by Savois who has failed to pay off a Visa account. The suit states he owes a balance of $1,508.68.

Barclays Bank seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
