GRETNA – A funding company is suing a credit card customer, alleging an overdue balance of nearly $1,000.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit March 9 against Don Steen in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due in failing to pay off a balance.
According to the claim, LVNV is owed funds by Steen for the balance of $999.97, which the defendant accumulated on his Mastercard credit.
LVNV Funding seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
