GRETNA – Alabama-based Regions Bank is seeking damages over an unpaid balance.
Regions Bank filed a suit March 8 against Team Persuasion Enterprise Inc., in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is the holder of a promissory note for the balance of $174,957.96. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of the note and still owes $165,602.85 plus interest and fees.
The plaintiff is seeking seizure of property, all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by D. Brian Cohn of The Cohn Law Firm LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
