GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $4,000 from a credit card customer.
Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit March 8 against Jolynn Lazard in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, Lazard accumulated a balance of $4,067.29 on her Mastercard account. The suit says plaintiff is still owed funds by the defendant.
Barclays Bank seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
