GRETNA – A creditor is seeking damages for sums due relating to an overdue credit card account.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit March 17 against Brett Lightfoot of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant and was never paid back. The defendant has come to owe $1,001.68 plus interest, the complaint said.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald. A Rowan Jr.
