Bank of America alleges local man owes over $14,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for an open account.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit March 23 against Lester Landry in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant which was used to accumulate $14,482.01 in charges. The defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed to the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770321.
