GRETNA – A funding company is seeking damages for sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit March 24 against Alex Royal of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the defendant was issued a Best Buy card. The defendant used the account to accumulate charges of $8,735.51 and has failed to pay off the balance.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
