120 West Partners seeks over $5,000 for elevation project

GRETNA – A contracting company is seeking damages for sums due.

120 West Partners LLC filed a suit April 3 against Stafford Bolden in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due following the completion of a road home elevation project. The plaintiff allegedly was never paid for the work that it completed in 2010. The plaintiff is seeking payment of $5,200 that has yet to be paid.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of The Oakes Law Firm in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770680.
