Jefferson Parish resident allegedly failed to pay over $15,000 on Amsouth Bank loan

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking damages for sums due.

Cach LLC filed a suit April 18 against Wayne J. Maas of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment for a line of credit issued by Amsouth Bank. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $15,974.88.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of Federated law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
