Orleans Parish man claims Jefferson Parish couple owe over $20,000 on promissory note

GRETNA – An Orleans Parish man is seeking payment for a promissory note.

Nicholas M. Fraiche filed a suit April 17 against Melisa Colomb and Chris Colomb of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging suit on a promissory note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a promissory note to the defendants for the balance of $24,000. The suit states that the defendants have failed to pay the balance and still owes $21,059.44.

The defendants are accused of failing to pay off the promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Harold E. Weiser III in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771063.
