Booty's Street Food allegedly didn't repay promissory note

NEW ORLEANS – A financial company is seeking damages for an open account.

Cach LLC filed a lawsuit April 17 against Booty's LLC, doing business as Booty's Street Food and Nick Vivion in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff issued a promissory note to the defendants that has not been paid back. The plaintiff is seeking payment of $21,092.98 plus interest.

The defendants are accused of open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Blake E. Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
