Advantous Consulting claims Circle Food Stores owes over $30,000

NEW ORLEANS – A consulting company claims that it was never paid for services rendered.

Advantous Consulting LLC filed a lawsuit April 10 against Circle Food Stores Inc. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff entered into a consulting agreement with the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff for the services issued for helping find incentive programs and tax credits and is indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $30,261.41.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Andrew C. Kolb and Christopher M. Vitenas of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz PC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
