GRETNA – American Express Centurion Bank is seeking $12,000 in credit card debt.
American Express filed a suit April 20 against Toan Dinh of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a balance accumulated on the defendant's American Express card of $12,569.57.
The defendant is accused of sums due on the card.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Olivier of The Degrasse Law Firm PC in Mandeville.
