GRETNA – A funding company is seeking damages for sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit April 20 against Michael Shargois of Westwego in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking the payment of $10,420.97 plus interest. The defendant has made no payment towards the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
