Cavalry SPV alleges women owe over $3,000 on loan

GRETNA – A financial institution is seeking payment of sums due.

Cavalry SPV I LLC, as assignee of Crescent Bank & Trust, filed a suit April 21 against Alice Toussaint and Tenisha Toussaint in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a retail installment contract from Deal'N Doug Autoplex that the defendants signed for the balance of $3,255.14. The suit states that the defendants have failed to pay.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Alexander D. Bukaty of Edward F. Bukaty III, A Professional Law Corporation in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771255.
