NEW ORLEANS – An art gallery is seeking damages for water damage and product liability.

State Farm Fire and Casualty Co., as partial subrogee of 432 Julia and Arthur Roger Gallery LLC filed a lawsuit April 20 against Watts Water Technologies Inc. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging product liability.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney James E. Brouillette in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
