Acadian Windows and Siding claims it was never paid by Schexnaildre Interiors

GRETNA – A window and siding company in Kenner is seeking over $3,000.

Acadian Windows and Siding LLC filed a suit May 1 against Schexnaildre Interiors LLC and Julie Schexnaildre in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a balance that the defendant never paid. The suit states that the plaintiff issued services to the defendant in February but the defendant failed to pay the balance of $3,825.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by R. Chauvin Kean of Kean Miller LLP in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771522.
