Capital One alleges customer owes more than $4,000

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a customer, alleging she owes more than $4,000. 

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit April 28 against Jamie R. Payne in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Payne accumulated a balance of $4,356.61 and has failed to pay the plaintiff back.

Capital One Bank seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771564.
