NEW ORLEANS – A man is seeking damages for an injury that he sustained while working.

Steven Bell Sr. and Arhonda Bell, individually and on behalf of their minor children, filed a lawsuit April 28 against Robert Ray, The Medic, Nacher Corp., Mistras Group, Freeport McMoran Inc., Burner Fire Control Inc. and XYZ Insurance Co. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
