CitiBank seeks damages for an unpaid balance on Jefferson Parish man's account

GRETNA – CitiBank is seeking damages for an open account.

CitiBank N.A. filed a suit May 10 against Scott Pellegrino of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an unpaid balance for $2,404.11. The suit states that the account has been held, unpaid on a credit card.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Naomi A. Cohen Ivker in Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771966.
