120 West Partners claims Jefferson Parish residents owe $30,000

GRETNA – A contracting company claims that they were never paid.

120 West Partners LLC filed a suit May 9 against Vincent W. Gabourel and Carol Gabourel in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a breach of contract. The suit states that the plaintiff delivered services following Hurricane Katrina, and the defendants have failed to pay off the balance that they owe the plaintiff, which is $30,000.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract by failing to pay the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of The Oakes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
