Napoleon Court Condominium association seeking over $1,400 from Jefferson Parish man

GRETNA – A condo association is seeking damages, claiming that a tenant failed to pay fees.

Napoleon Court Condominium Homeowner's Association Inc., filed a suit May 5 against Anthony McGee of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid number of fines. The suit states that the defendant owes $1,425 and that he has missed his monthly payment for an extended period of time.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David S. Fos in Kenner. 

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
