Federal National Mortgage Association seeks payment from Jefferson Parish resident

GRETNA – A mortgage association is seeking damages for sums due.

Federal National Mortgage Association filed a suit May 8 against Jane Pitcher Fountain, wife of/and Kevin Charles Fountain, of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a promissory note for the balance of $138,977.84 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Fred J. Daigle of Graham, Arceneaux & Allen LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771764.
