GRETNA – A debt collector seeks payment of sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit May 12 against Rhianna Jordan in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment for a balance of $1,448.54. The defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
