Zinsel Glass and Mirror claims it was never paid in full for work it completed

NEW ORLEANS – A Jefferson Parish contractor claims that it is owed more than $30,000 from a contract it completed.

Zinsel Glass and Mirror LLC filed a lawsuit June 13 against FHP Tectonics Corp, Continental Casualty Co., Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. and Fidelity and Deposit Co. of Maryland in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff and the defendant entered into an agreement in which the plaintiff performed duties for FHP. The suit states the plaintiff completed the work as expected but has not been paid in full. The plaintiff is seeking payment of the amount of $30,047.68.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney David P. Vicknair of Scott, Vicknair, Hair & Checki LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
