NEW ORLEANS – A credit company is seeking over $2,000.
Choice Credit LLC filed a lawsuit June 19 against Artricia Ball in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the balance of $2,145. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the balance.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Karen E. Trevethan of Trevethan Law Firm in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
