GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for an open account.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit June 26 against Deborah A. Cassidey of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment for an open account with a balance of $2,448.05. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay off the balance on a credit card, which the plaintiff issued to Cassidey.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
