Capital One seeks damages from Jefferson Parish woman

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages from a Jefferson Parish resident for an open account.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit June 26 against Kristi A. Cook in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a credit card that has a balance of $1,648.93. The defendant has allegedly failed to pay any of the balance due.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
