GRETNA – Capital One is seeking payment of more than $3,500 on an open account.
Capital One Bank filed a suit June 26 against Richard V. Distefano of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account on a credit card for the balance of $3,734.40 The plaintiff issued the credit card to the defendant but was never paid.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
