Jefferson Parish resident allegedly owes $2,400 to Capital One Bank

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of over $2,400.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit June 26 against Michael G. Curtis of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a credit card account which has a balance of $2,437.06. The defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
