Capital One alleges Jefferson Parish resident owes over $2,000 on credit card

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of more than $2,000.

Capital One Bank filed a suit June 27 against Tyrone C. Legette of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account on a credit card with a balance of $2,238.85.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
