GRETNA – A debt collector claims it is owed more than $1,800.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 26 against Don Steen of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment due on a Visa account for the balance of $1,803.70. The defendant allegedly has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due on the account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
