NEW ORLEANS – A Louisiana woman claims a minor accident led to a broad conspiracy against her, including attempts to poison her and the implanting of a pain-causing device in her body.

Shanta G. Phillips-Berry named the State of Louisiana and individual state government entities in her lawsuit filed June 18 in the U.S. District Curt for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Phillips-Berry also named officers of the Kenner Police Department, Louisiana Social Security Administration, employees at the Department of Transportation and Motor Vehicles, the military and the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services as defendants. She claims all of those entities have tried to cause her serious harm.

Phillips-Berry said the first alleged incident occurred in September 2010 when she was allegedly hurt while following instructions from former employer Space Walk Inc. Police were called to the incident, leading them to allegedly file a fraudulent report, Phillips-Berry claimed.

“This case turned into a conspiracy causing people to commit felonies, burglaries, sexual assault, (theft) and other hateful crimes,” the lawsuit said. The plaintiff said she was harassed after the incident, and the food and water in her home were allegedly tainted.

When she consulted with Dr. Thaddeus Teaford, who practices at Ochsner Baptist Hospital in New Orleans, Phillips-Berry said she told the doctor that she noticed something strange in her body on her third visit. Specifically, the plaintiff said that there was a device with an antenna in her body. After she mentioned this to the doctor, Phillips-Berry said Teaford refused to continue as her physician.
