Capital One allegedly owed more than $54,000 on business line of credit

GRETNA – Capital One NA claims it is owed more than $54,000 on a business line of credit extended to a boating company.

Capital One filed a lawsuit June 1 against V&O Boating LLC and guarantor Orlando Ragas in the 24th Judicial District Court. 

According to the petition, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open line of credit that was never paid off. The suit said the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff in the amount of $54,412.94.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Bradley Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
