GRETNA – A man is seeking damages for an incident that he claims took place in a casino.
John Adams filed a suit June 20 against Treasure Chest Casino LLC and Boyd Gaming Corp. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on June 21, 2017 when the plaintiff was a guest in the Treasure Chest Casino at 5050 Williams Blvd in Kenner. The suit states that the plaintiff was caused to trip and fall due to no fault of his own.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Shannon Bourgeois of Frank G. DeSalvo APLC in New Orleans.
