GRETNA – A surgical center is seeking more than $32,000.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Company LLC filed a suit June 22 against Teranie Thompson in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $32,022.59 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna Linn of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
