NEW ORLEANS – A bank is seeking more than $32,000 in sums due.

First National Bank of Omaha filed a lawsuit June 20 against Soultana Mixakis in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $32,986.91 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.

Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case number 18-6090.
