GRETNA – JHPDE Finance 1 LLC filed a lawsuit on Aug. 9 against Mojtaba Aghighi, in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging the defendant owes $2,042.03 plus interest on a late bill.
The plaintiff is alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due on an open account.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
