Rushmore Loan Management faces over $97,000 on unpaid mortgage

NEW ORLEANS – A loan company is seeking more than $97,000.

Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 2 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Terry Baham.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed on a mortgage in the sum of $97,133.39 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a mortgage.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Jason Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Rachael Johnson.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-9887.
