GRETNA – A financial company is seeking sums due, alleging a woman has failed to pay off a balance of over $1,200.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Wanda Durr.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed. The suit states the defendant has remained indebted to the plaintiff for the accumulated balance of $1,237.96 plus interest, despite amicable demand from the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Patrick of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.
